Our return policy applies to customers in the following countries:

• Ireland,

RETURNS FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY

We only accept returns for defective products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, we’ll make it right.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for reasons such as size, color, or preference. Please double-check your order details before purchasing.

NO EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, you’ll need to place a new order.

HOW TO RETURN A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

To process a return for a defective product, follow these steps:

1. Contact Us – Email our customer service team at info@uncensored-urban.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order. Include:

   • Your order number

   • A description of the defect

   • Photos showing the defect (highly encouraged)

2. Wait for Return Authorization – Our team will review your request and provide return authorization if approved. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

3. Ship the Item Back – Once authorized, return the defective item to the address provided. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service as we are not responsible for lost returns.

4. Inspection & Refund – Upon receiving and inspecting your item, we will confirm the defect. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Return shipping costs are not covered – You are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the defective item.

• Items must be in their original condition – We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

• This policy applies strictly to defective products – We do not process returns for other reasons.
