If your country is not listed, we regret that we do not offer shipping to your location at this time.

Orders are processed within 2-5 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays).
Orders may take longer during peak seasons or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., supplier delays, customs clearance issues).
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

3. SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated shipping times vary by country:

United Kingdom 3-7 business days
Ireland 5-10 business days
United States 7-14 business

4. SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, selected shipping method, and order weight.

5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes imposed by your country’s customs regulations.

6. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

7. LOST, DAMAGED, OR DELAYED SHIPMENTS

Lost Packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received it, check with neighbors or your local post office before contacting us.
Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, email us photos of the item and packaging for a resolution.
Delayed Shipments: We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or customs but will assist in tracking your order.

8. ADDRESS CHANGES & ORDER MODIFICATIONS

Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee modifications.

9. REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect, you may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
Unclaimed orders are not eligible for refunds unless deemed lost or undeliverable by the courier.
